Identify the equipment model and part reference. Share photographs of the assembly, mounting points and terminals, together with a measured drawing.
Check more than the outline
Review connection geometry, electrode arrangement, operating conditions and any polarity-reversal requirements. Confirm requirements from the equipment documentation where available.
Replacement review
Explain the reason for replacement, relevant service history and any changes to the equipment. We use this information to discuss configuration questions and missing details.
Project acceptance
Confirm the agreed drawing and specifications. Where required, plan sample evaluation with the equipment owner before a larger order.
